Our CrossFit Lite class seeks to dispel any silly and inaccurate rumors you may have heard about CrossFit. A few of the more popular ones are, “I need to get in shape before I do CrossFit,” or, “I’m too old/young/big/small (etc.) to do CrossFit,” or, “I don’t have time.” While we can’t add hours to your day or manage your time, we can show you that CrossFit is for literally everyone! And if you can carve out just one hour on Sunday mornings at 9am, we guarantee our CrossFit Lite class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to embrace the rest of your weekend.
CrossFit Lite is bodyweight-only movements. No weights. No external objects to lug around. Just you. It is our aim to show you the potential you have within your own self. Your body is made to move, and if you give us an hour of your time, we will show you how to move it efficiently, safely, and just enough to get a great sweat in.
