Sharp Edge Yoga – Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

All levels welcome. 

Sharp Edge Yoga is taught every Sunday morning at 8am by our very own Keriki.  Her Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga, and for those with experience but want to explore more posture with a community of yogis.  This class will benefit those who want to focus on breath capacity and flowing from one posture to the next. This is a class Vinyasa style of yoga.

What to Expect

This class is designed to help all athletes and improve their flexibility, balance, joint mobility & breath awareness.  Yoga props are used to release tight muscles and to assist in deepening the poses.
