Learn, improve, and excel at Olympic Weightlifting at Sharp Edge CrossFit. No weightlifting or CrossFit experience required. This class will focus on Clean and Jerks, and Snatches, and supplementary barbell movements to strengthen your body to be able to lift at its potential. Our coaches are hyper focused on safety and technique, so trust in our process, be patient, and get ready to learn, improve, and get stronger with us.
Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with efficient technique suited to your body. You will be paired with a coach in a small group class to refine your style through various accessory techniques.
